Shipping Policy

Shah Cart, based in Parappanangadi, Malappuram, Kerala, currently ships within India. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time begins after dispatch and may vary by destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather, service disruptions and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Kerala: ₹69 standard shipping; free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 or more.
Rest of India: ₹99 standard shipping; free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 or more.

Any available shipping method and its final charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be shared when available after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Re-dispatch charges may apply if a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery.

Delays, loss or damage

Please email shahcart01@gmail.com if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or if a parcel arrives visibly damaged. Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue is resolved.
