These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Shah Cart website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms together with the Shipping, Replacement and Privacy policies.
Store information and eligibility
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract. Account credentials must be kept secure.
Products and availability
Products are offered subject to availability. Images, colours and screen displays may vary. Product material, fit, design details and size information shown on the final product page form part of the purchase information. We do not describe an item as official, licensed or authentic unless that claim has been verified.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be restricted for certain locations or orders. An order may be cancelled before dispatch if payment fails, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected or a material listing error occurred.
Shipping, replacement and cancellation
Dispatch and delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Replacement requests are governed by the Replacement and Returns Policy. Customers should contact Shah Cart as soon as possible to request cancellation; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, copy protected content without permission or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The Shah Cart name, original website content and store-created materials are protected by applicable law. Club, association, manufacturer and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Shah Cart is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time. Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction rights available to the customer.
